We take 2-3 to process orders.
Improper Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once a package is dropped off for shipping or picked up by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for help ( i.e missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests).
Please make sure to check the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We are liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.
Please consider shipping to an address where someone is always present to receive the delivery.
