RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will gladly accept returns/exchanges. Items must be in their original, unopened, or used condition along with all packaging.

Please email orders@impropercandles.com within 30 days of receiving your order. 

If you decide to return an item you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Improper Candles. Please note that this amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label to you at no charge.

Once the return item(s) have been accepted, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days and you will be notified by email.

We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
